Scan to email is so easy to use; here are the steps to send email, using the document feeder or checkout Innovative Copy Products e learning link video demonstration

1) Press "Send"
2) Place your original (s) with the side to be sent face up and adjust the guides to fit the size of the original (s) and place the original (s) as far in as it will go
3) Press "Email"
4) Press "Email Address"
5) Enter Email Address using the qwerty keyboard then press"OK"
6) Turn on divided data destination if file is to large for email data limit
7) Press "File Format"
8) Press PDF (if not already default)
9) Choice 2 sided if scanning double sided scanning
10) Choice file size for 200 dpi to 600 dpi
11) Add detail (Message, From, Subject, etc.
12) Add function (double sided etc.)
13) Press "OK"
14) Press "Start"
